Dr. Egbe Rove-Steiner, PhD, FCIIAArb (Nigerian)

Director, Public Health Administration Program

Dr. Rove-Steiner holds a BSc degree in Zoology from the University of Calabar, a Postgraduate Diploma in HIV/AIDS Education & Management from the National Open University of Nigeria; an MSc degree in Microbiology from POMA University, Republic of Benin and a Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) in Animal Science & Community Health from ICON University of Management Science and Technology, Republic of Benin. To add more feather to his cap of academic achievements, Dr. Rove-Steiner is currently awaiting the award of a PhD in Medical Microbiology, having completed the required doctoral candidacy processes for same.

He is an accomplished Industrial Administrator with certification from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi. Dr. Rove-Steiner was former Secretary of the United Nations Leadership Development Program Alumni- Ogun State Chapter. A former Secretary of the Civil Society on HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (CiSHAN) Ogun State Chapter as well as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of CiSHAN. Dr. Rove-Steiner has lectured and conducted a lot of medical based researches in some Universities within Africa. He is currently the Director of Studies, IBLT University, Casablanca Campus, Lome, Togo. Dr Rove-Steiner is an astute researcher in general medicine and public health systems development in particular. He is a Fellow of the African Institute of Professional Scientists in addition to many professional awards. He is actively involved in Community or Public Health Services, as supported by his further involvement with the Ogun State SO-SAFE Corps (the security arm of the Ogun State Government) where he seats as the Assistant Director, Anti-arms and Smuggling. He is the MD/ CEO Steiner Brothers Venture, SB Educational Consortium & SB Farms.

Dr. Rove-Steiner is the Director, Public Health Administration Program of the Institute. In this role, he is to oversee the design and development of public health programs of the Institute in addition to other related public health management courses and programs. His wealth of experience in community and public health administration over the years has endeared him to many international organizations, where he has acquired first hand industrial capabilities.
