President and Vice Chairman of Council 

Prof. Edema is a Distinguished Fellow of the Institute. He is the Institute’s President and Vice Chairman of Council and brings with him deep knowledge of industrial administration and industrial arbitration.

 He holds degrees and many international qualifications cutting across many fields of human endeavors, such as management, public relations, marketing, corporate administration, education, management accounting etc; with over 30 years of teaching, research and consultancies in multi-capacity industries, Prof. Edema is a core industrialist of repute having been engaged at several times as member of accreditation teams for management and administration courses in Universities in Africa.

 He has held teaching and research positions in some universities in Nigeria and have assisted those universities achieve or retain their accreditations in business management and administration.

He is Fellow and Corporate Member of numerous professional institutions, including Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Institute for Training and Development, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Institute of Leadership Learning in Nigeria, Empire Journalism Centre, etc.

He is a Professor of Business Management (Southgate University) and Distinguished Fellow of the Institute and has widely published articles in learned international journals in the areas of administration, industrial relations, human resources, etc. Prof. Edema is also a Corporate Member of The Academy of Management, Nigeria.
