International Association of Quality Assurance in Higher Education, (QAHE) USA

The membership training and development programs of the Chartered Institute of Industrial Administrators and Arbitrators have been Fully Accredited by the International Association of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE), USA. This international accreditation has placed the Awards and Qualifications of the Institute within the ranks of high-quality professional and educational services Institutions. Full Accreditation of the Institute from QAHE thus implies a seal of legitimacy and authenticity in quality educational and professional service delivery.

International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE), is a Delaware, USA corporation. It is an independent and international organization with a mandate to assess the competencies of higher education institutions and render institutional and programmatic accreditation services to such Academic Institutions at various levels. They also accredit Certification Bodies, E-Learning Management System Providers, and Training Organizations. QAHE is an expert in recognizing the potential of higher education institutions in the areas of research performance, student development services, and quality of teaching. The essence of QAHE service is to provide the basis for public confidence and value which they provide to the public along with supporting the development of quality assurance systems worldwide.

 

 

Further, in order to perform its services QAHE has been evaluated or technically assessed and found to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 29990 (Non-formal Education and Training Services Management System), ISO/IEC 17011:2017 (requirements for the competence, consistent operation and impartiality of accreditation bodies assessing and accrediting conformity assessment bodies), ISO/IEC 17040:2005 (the general requirements for the peer assessment process to be carried out by agreement of groups of accreditation bodies or conformity assessment bodies), ISO 20000:2018 (Service Management System) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System). QAHE is also a member of the Board of Quality Standards (BQS) International. The Board of Quality Standards is an independent international quality assurance regulator and a member of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), located in Spain. INQAAHE is the largest public educational regulation and accreditation services membership organization in the world, with over 300 members drawn from over 200 government commissions, national education regulators, authorities, and agencies in addition to national governments’ approved private accreditation agencies. Further, BQS is an independent Quality Management Accreditation and Certification body for ISO standards complying with the accreditation requirement of ISO 17021.

With its huge network of allied institutions and recognition from public and private worldwide organizations, QAHE’s Full Accreditation status signifies an institution’s commitment to quality educational and professional services delivery which is in compliance with international standards and global best practices. International Academic and Management Association (IAMA), India

The Institute has attained Life Membership status of the International Academic and Management Association (IAMA), India. The Institute achieved this feat after a thorough screening of the administrative and management control systems, professional training and membership development modules, and many other institutional quality-driven resources as approved by the Governing Council of the Institute and applicable under international best practices. In addition to so many recognition, accreditations, and memberships, IAMA is a member organization to the following UN Agencies- World Health Organization (WHO) driven PMNCH initiative, designated UN Partner organization (NGO) on projects related to the UNICEF, WFP, UNHCR, and UNFPA. The organization aims at improving the quality of higher education and research among its members. IAMA also have a core mandate to assist higher education institutions in their quest for the internationalization of their higher education services.
IAMA has a membership base of over 200 higher education institutions, professional associations, and research centers of excellence drawn from over 44 countries; thus positively impacting the lives of thousands of students through its internationalization programs and linkages.

 

Some of the mandates of IAMA include:
• Assistance with National and International Accreditation of academic institutions including preparatory workshops, mock audits, and assistance with the documentation process
• Conducting on-site and off-site training programs for the academic and non-academic staff of educational institutions and agencies (governmental and non-governmental)
• Assistance in the internationalization of educational institutions and the creation of centers of academic excellence
• Assisting institutions as well as governmental and non-governmental agencies design the academic quality framework including processes and policies for both internal and external audit
• Assisting educational institutions and doctoral and post-doctoral students with research and other grants
• Helping institutions expand their global footprints by means of institutional collaborations, off-shore campuses, pathway programs, credit transfers etc.
• Assisting institutions with the digital transformation of education by means of deployment of new-age technologies in academic delivery including Learning Management System (LMS) and Metaverse (AR/VR)
• Assistance in setting up and launching high school programs on both online and off-line modes with international certification, using proprietary and licensed frameworks and curriculum
• Collaborating with educational institutions as well as governmental and non-governmental agencies for organizing national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars as well as providing access to the staff of partner institutions at similar events globally
• Helping partner and non-partner educational institutions with their staffing needs, both academic and non-academic
• Helping educational institutions in developing corporate mentorship programs for their students
