This course explores the application of operations research and dynamic programming techniques in industrial administration, with a focus on the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies. Students will learn how to optimize industrial and business decision-making processes, manage complex systems, and analyze data-driven insights to drive business success. Further, this course explores the application of operations research and dynamic programming techniques to optimize production processes in industrial environments. Students will learn how to analyze complex problems, develop data-driven insights, and implement optimization techniques to drive business success. With a focus on the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies, this course will uncover application areas dealing with linear programming, dynamic programming, data analytics, simulation, and supply chain optimization. In addition, using case studies, group discussions, and a capstone project, students will develop practical skills to apply operations research and dynamic programming in real-world industrial settings.
