This course aims to equip students and practitioners with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective participation in drafting and conveyancing within modern industrial arbitration settings. This course offers a comprehensive examination of the drafting and conveyancing processes in industrial arbitration. It covers the nature and issues of drafting arbitration instruments, the powers of arbitration panels to review or amend filed processes, and the use of standard arbitration filing templates. The course also considers the preparation and filing of witness statements, both oral and documentary evidence, and the influence of Industry 4.0 technologies on these processes.
