Course Description
This course is designed to equip students and practitioners with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of international treaty law in a technologically advanced world. The course provides a comprehensive examination of international treaties, including their definition, construction, and operation under international law. It explores the processes involved in drafting and interpreting international treaties, addressing conflicts between international treaties and local legislation. It also considered the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on treaty law.
