This course provides an in-depth understanding of international labor laws and industrialization conventions, with a special focus on the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on modern industrial administration. The Course aim to promote fair labor practices, protect workers' rights, and improve working conditions in industrial services globally. Students and practitioners will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate and apply these laws and conventions effectively within modern, digitally-driven industrial work environments. The course will cover the evolution of labor laws, key international conventions, and the role of administrators in adapting to technological advancements in industrial settings. The conventions to be considered in this Course cover various aspects of industrial services, such as, freedom of association and collective bargaining, non-discrimination and equal opportunities, child labour and minimum age requirements, occupational safety and health, labour inspection and enforcement, employment policy and promotion, termination of employment and severance pay, workers' representation and participation, collective bargaining and dispute resolution
