The course covers key topics such as governing law, the jurisdiction of arbitral tribunals, venue and seat of arbitration, arbitrator’s jurisdiction, conflict of laws, international arbitration conventions, arbitration agreements, subject matter jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction, territorial jurisdiction, enforcement of arbitral awards, arbitral procedure, confidentiality and privacy, immunity and privileges, and emergency arbitration.
