Prof. Jelilov is a Senior Fellow of the Institute and Director of Programs Development. He is a renown financial and development economist and an industrial administrator per excellence. He has served in top administrative capacities in industry and academia (universities) within Europe and Africa. An economist of repute, and corporate member of the Nigeria Economic Society, Prof. Jelilov holds a PhD in Financial Micro-Economics.
He is a Professor of Development Economics and has authored some books and many articles in learned international journals. He has presented high impact papers in various conferences across the world. He has the responsibility of programs content development for CIIAA and uses his experience and skills in developing cutting edge course contents for the Institute’s programs.
